Sri Yantra — Perception Yantra Print
Invoke the Supreme Goddess. Sri is the greatest of all yantras and encompasses all that exists in the material plane. All that manifests is an expression of Her Beauty. By meditating upon Sri, the cosmic order underlying existence is revealed. You will feel your natural relationship with the Universe and feel that all is as it should be and that you are indeed not separate from it. (see full description below)

Sri Mantra: SREEM
(pronounced S R E E M)
The Sri Yantra is the seat of the Goddess in all her forms. This is the visual depiction of the underlying organizational structure of:
The Cosmos
The Human Body
The Goddesses in the Universe.
This image can be meditated upon to gain understanding of your place in the Universe. By focusing on the sacred geometry of the Sri Yantra your own mind/body/complex will rest in tune with itself and feel it is none other than the Divine Mother, whose lap you are resting upon. This Yantra is both practical in its geometric, geographical make-up as it describes the physical body and the earth planes, and esoteric as we dive into the knowledge of the gods and states of meditation. The left and right hemispheres of the brain can understand the information presented and arrive at a feeling of wholeness and contentment. The word Sri itself means great, revered, holy. This Yantra is the holiest of holies of all Yantras, just as OM is known as the Mantra of all Mantras. This Yantra is the pinnacle of Sri Vidya (the knowledge of Sri) study and worship. There are layers of Mantras woven into this Yantra. The one that carries through all of them is the seed sound SREEM. This mantra resides in the whole body, igniting the energy in the pelvis and radiating throughout.
There are nine circuits of energy depicted in this Yantra, these correspond to the Seven Chakras, the energy centers present in the central column of the human being. There are two extra circuits that represent the lower parts of the body: the feet and the thighs. This subtle matrix of circuits can be seen in the way the colors are used in the Yantra. The final circuit is the BINDU which is the golden dot at the center. This is number nine. The home of our soul and also the location where the Goddess Tripura Sundari (who has her own Yantra also) resides. The bindu is found in your own body at the crown of your head.
CENTRAL TRIANGLE — Shiva/Shakti
There are nine main triangles within the central circle. These are split into 4 + 5 = 9. With the five main triangles pointing downwards, and the four remaining central points directed up the emphasis is on the Divine Feminine, on Shakti, on grounding, and bringing the awareness of cosmic energies into your daily life.
If you turn the Yantra around and have five central triangles pointing upwards this creates more of an etheric energy. The focus is on Shiva, the masculine. This is good if you are losing attachment with the physical realm and want to spend time in seclusion in meditation.
In the Yantra seen on SarahYantra.com the Focus is on the Divine Feminine and cultivating greater appreciation of life on earth as householders.
If you are feeling you need to establish a deeper connection with the core of your being this is a good Yantra to work with. The many apparently fragmented parts of your personality or life journey will reveal their place in the big picture. Wherever you put this Yantra in your home you will feel a raising of the energy there. This Yantra attracts wealth and is an auspicious symbol for well-being in all areas of your life. If you place it on your altar, worship her as the Divine Mother herself. Jai Ma!
