Why Ayursoma Royal?

Ayursoma Royal is one of the most beautiful Ayurvedic Spas in Kerala, South India, a State famous for Ayurveda. The setting, the cuisine and the skillful, knowledgeable team there create the perfect backdrop for renewal.

What is Ayurveda?

The science (VEDA) of life (AYUR), and Ayurvedic Rituals and Treatments are designed to bring your body, mind, and spirit to a place of optimum well-being so that you are in harmony with life.

At the basis are the five elements, which are balanced through the five senses. You will discover how your air, fire, water, and earth can be ‘reset’ through the body treatments and given immense space to transform and heal during the meditations (ether).

Ayurvedic Stress Reduction Therapies treat the subtle body through the senses. One of the key practices along with daily yoga, are meditations with Yantras and Mantras; tools to increase energy flow in your mental and emotional realms. These practices boost your vitality and immunity, and your mental/emotional well-being become increasingly robust and buoyant. As we say in Ayurveda: the more subtle the practice, the more powerful the effect. Yantras and Mantras are the cornerstone of the subtle therapies in Ayurveda.

Studying Ayurveda: The best way to study Ayurveda is to receive the treatments. Please join us at any level of your Ayurvedic study.

* You will receive a consultation at the beginning and end of your treatment in addition to daily check-ups with the Ayurvedic Doctor. Your daily spa treatments are 120 mins and will be a combination of the body therapies that will benefit you the most at this time. You may also receive Ayurvedic Herbal Medicines as part of your treatment.
