Jutta and Sarah share these ancient teachings with you in a modern context making them both accessible and profound in their positive effects on your well-being.

This evening celebration will speak of the Sun. Ignite your individual creativity as the Summer light beckons. Together we will discover where in your life you would like to shine and fully express yourself and your gifts. You will have a Sun Yantra to take home and meditate upon in the Summer months.

Jutta Hecht is a passionate Ayurvedic Spiritual Health Practitioner residing here in Encinitas. An early student of A.G.Mohan, she spent five years in India under his tutelage and subsequent studies with ayurvedic physicians. Jutta continues to deepen her studies in Ayurveda and maintains a flourishing Ayurvedic Clinic with her daily line-up of clients. Sarah Tomlinson is an internationally acclaimed Yantrika (Yantra teacher and practitioner), yoga teacher and artist. Sarah worked extensively with her mentor Harish Johari in India, he initiated her into the spiritual practice of painting Yantras. She leads retreats and Yantra workshops around the world and enjoys lots of time by the ocean with her husband and two young boys. Sarah is the author of “Coloring Yantras” Shambhala Publications, 2017 and creator of the Yantra Bliss Oracle Deck, 2017. sarahyantra.com
